Most sites let you see the information they collect about you:

Facebook: Click here to access the page where you can view or download the data they collect about you.  You will need to log in to your Facebook account.  Then click “View Your Information” to see it or “Download Your Information” to download it to your local device.

Google: Click here to download the data Google collects about you.  You will need to log in to your Google account.  Go here to see additional information Google collects. This link shows the physical locations where Google has tracked you (depending on your settings).
